We offer premium content, digital products, and membership subscriptions to enhance your CS2 gaming experience. While we stand behind the quality of our offerings, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Digital Products

For one-time digital product purchases (such as guides, e-books, or tutorial packages):

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content.
  • Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital content, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital products.
  • If the digital product contains significant errors, is corrupt, or otherwise unusable, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of download status. In such cases, we may require evidence of the issue.

2.2 Membership Subscriptions

For recurring membership subscriptions:

  • New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
  • For ongoing subscriptions, we do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will remain active until its scheduled end date.
  • If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing subscription benefits, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

2.3 Coaching Services

For personalized coaching or consultation services:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule.
  • No refund will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
  • If a coach fails to attend a scheduled session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@csgaminghub.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Date of purchase
    • Order/transaction number
    • Product or service purchased
    • Reason for requesting a refund
    • Any relevant screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
  3. Alternatively, you can use our contact form on the Contact page, selecting "Refund Request" from the subject dropdown.

3.2 Refund Review Process

Upon receiving your refund request:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days.
  • Our team will review your request against our refund eligibility criteria.
  • We may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  • We will notify you of our decision within 5-7 business days from the date of your request.

3.3 Refund Processing Timeframe

If your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

4.1 Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Products or services purchased at promotional rates or with special discounts may have different refund terms. Any special refund conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4.2 Bundle Purchases

For purchases of product bundles:

  • Partial refunds for individual components of a bundle are generally not available.
  • Refund requests for bundles will be evaluated based on the overall bundle and its usage.

4.3 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our products or services:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund even outside the standard refund period.

4.4 Fraud or Misrepresentation

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, are fraudulent, abusive, or based on misrepresentation. This includes multiple refund requests from the same customer for similar reasons.

5. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the subscription management section.
  • Email our customer support team at support@csgaminghub.com with your cancellation request.
  • Use our contact form on the Contact page, selecting "Subscription Cancellation" from the subject dropdown.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Please refer to the refund eligibility criteria in Section 2 for refund information.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
